With respect, Through this letter we would like to convey some complaints when we purchased office stationery at the place where you work. But before I introduce myself first, I am named Alexander Suwiryo, age 40 years. I am a private employee of a reputable company in Bandung. First we first explain that we are loyal customers of Aman Book and Stationeri store since this new store opened in Jalan Dorayaki since 2000. From the beginning we shop stationery is never a problem, but when we try the inter shop service facility Since about 3 months ago, became a lot of trouble. The first problem was when we ordered our 20 rim HVS 100gr Brand on August 3, 2016, which sent to our place only 15 reams, and that was a long time. Promised up to 1 hour, in fact up to 5 hours. And our company is ready to close and there is no clarity from the store Mr / Mrs. The next problem when we order the black pen pen marks Pulpenku as many as 50 boxes on September 10, 2016. The shipped 50 boxes and on time, but 30 boxes of the pen is not working. Imagine, almost half of it damaged all. Though we always buy pen pens Pulpenku and there is never a problem. And lastly when we order another 20 reams of Kertasku paper on 10 packing of unfavorable shipment resulting in 10 reams of white HVS paper in defective condition. With regard to it and considering our efforts desperately need inter services because no one who had time to buy to the store Mr / Ms directly, we hope, before sent please check the initial conditions until the packing.
