INGREDIENTS :  10 ripe bananas
                                           1 egg
                                           1 tsp sugar
                                           6 tbls flour
                                           water
                                           a pinch of salt
                                           vegetaple oil for deep frying

STEP                          :
1. Place flour in adeep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of flour, and add egg, sugar, and salt.
2. Add water little by little. Whixk vigorous until better is evenly smooth for coating.
3. Peel banana and cut in half leghtwise and then cut again with 4-inch wight. Dip into better to coat generously.
4. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. Place coated banana in the wok or deep fryer. Fry slowly until golden  and chripsy.
5. Remove bananas from oil.
6. Serve whole still warm.
